Sara Louise Steffen
Rising City — Sara Louise Steffen, 29, Rising City, died April 15, 2007, at University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha.
Visitation is April 18, from 4-8 p.m. at the Chermok Funeral Home, David City.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. April 19 at First Lutheran Home, David City, with clergy Ron Lau, PMA officiating. Burial will be at Circle Mound Cemetery, Rising City.
Sara was born Aug. 17, 1977, in Columbus, to Robert Russell and Mary Kay (Gleich) Steffen.
Sara was employed at Stop Inn, David City. She was a member of the First Lutheran Church in Rising City, a member of 4-H, and a participant in Relay for Life.
Survivors include her parents, Robert and Mary Kay Steffen, Rising City; sisters, Pamela and husband, Jay Cech, and Sandra and husband, Lance Giersdorf, niece, Emily Cech; nephews, Austin and Randel Giersdorf; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
